Delete your account

You can delete your OMILA account at any time, without reinstalling anything.
In the app
- Open Account (for the team: More).
- Tap “Delete account” and confirm.
On the website
- Open the account page and sign in.
- Choose “Delete account” and confirm.
Or ask us
Message us from the phone number on your account and we will delete it within 7 days. Phone and WhatsApp: +968 9564 6935.
What happens
- Your name, phone number, password and notes are erased for good.
- Upcoming bookings are cancelled.
- The salon keeps a record of past visits and payments without your details, as its accounts require.
